Weak personality

I hesitate to write this email. You are a very busy woman. Please can I beg for your time (...) It is very important for me to complete this course (...) I know that I have had my chances but due to physical illness I have not completed the course (...) It is not just because of my physical illness, I know it is also due to my weak personality (...).
Could you please give me the credits for the course as it is of most importance for me to go home with the official document.
